Power Unit (Vertical Motor + Hydraulic Pump)

Each unit is equipped with two vertical motor‑pump assemblies for dual‑pump confluence. It realizes fast low‑pressure feeding and high‑pressure pressure‑holding. Pumps are installed inside the oil tank for compact layout and good dust‑proof performance.

Valve Manifold (4‑circuit Independent Solenoid Directional Valves)

Four independent 2‑position / 3‑position 4‑way solenoid directional valves with coil wiring control four hydraulic cylinders separately. Each circuit is fitted with an adjustable throttle connector at the bottom to individually tune cylinder extension‑retraction speed. Integrated relief valve sets the maximum system pressure, with pressure gauge for real‑time oil‑pressure monitoring.

Oil Tank & Accessories

All‑welded blue tank serves as both oil reservoir and equipment base. Filler port and oil level sight glass facilitate oil filling and level inspection. Pre‑routed wiring connects directly to distribution box. Operates upon 220V / 380V power supply.

Operating Notes⚠️

• Standard solenoid valve coil voltage: DC24V (industrial standard). Verify coil voltage before wiring to prevent burnout.
• Throttle connectors for four circuits: Tighten clockwise to reduce speed; loosen counter‑clockwise to increase speed.
• The main relief valve sets overall maximum pressure. Working pressure shall not exceed 90 % of rated pressure.
• Use 46# anti‑wear hydraulic oil. 32# hydraulic oil is acceptable for low‑temperature environments.
