Equipment Overview

This is a mobile manual‑directional hydraulic power unit (portable high‑pressure hydraulic power station). Equipped with a hand‑push frame and swivel casters for on‑site mobile operation. It is widely used for field and temporary workshop tasks, matching jacks, presses, straightening equipment and log splitters.

Power Unit

Vertical three‑phase asynchronous motor, fitted with a medium‑low pressure gear pump. Simple, robust structure for easy maintenance.

Pressure Control Assembly

Fully welded oil‑tank base fitted with push‑pull handles and casters for easy movement across workshops and job sites. The oil tank serves both as oil reservoir and equipment base.

Operating Notes⚠️

• Initial oil filling: oil level shall not be lower than 2/3 of the tank. Never start with insufficient oil.
• Adjust the relief valve slowly. Do not turn directly to maximum pressure in one step.
• Shift the directional lever fully into position. Avoid leaving it in intermediate transition position for long periods.
• An extra air‑cooling fan is recommended for long‑time summer operation. Add a cooler for heavy‑duty continuous cycles.
